Quarter cow shares include a variety of our pasture raised beef cuts to fill your freezer!
 
 $7.50/lbs hanging weight (usually 200 lbs hanging weight per quarter)—beef and processing included! This means the total cost is usually around $1,500 . (Exact weight is determined when the beef is sent to the butcher). Packaged meat yield is normally roughly 65% of the hanging weight.

You will need approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space for your quarter.
